1. Kredi Paketleri

• Hiç kullanılmamış paket: Satın alma tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde talep ederseniz ödediğiniz tutarın tamamı iade edilir.
• Kısmen kullanılmış paket: 14 gün içinde talep ederseniz, kullanmadığınız krediler için orantılı iade yapılır (paket fiyatı ÷ toplam kredi × kullanılmayan kredi).
• İade sonrası kalan kredi bakiyeniz hesabınızdan düşülür.

2. Abonelikler

• İlk satın alma: 14 gün içinde ve o dönemin kredilerini kullanmadıysanız tam iade edilir.
• Otomatik yenileme: Yenileme tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde ve yeni dönemin kredilerini kullanmadıysanız, yenileme tutarının tamamı iade edilir.
• Aboneliğinizi iptal ettiğinizde ek bir ücret alınmaz; hizmetiniz ödediğiniz dönemin sonuna kadar devam eder.

3. Süre Şartı Aranmayan İadeler

Aşağıdaki durumlarda, satın almanın üzerinden ne kadar süre geçmiş olursa olsun iade yapılır:

• Ödeme alınmasına rağmen kredi veya abonelik hesabınıza yansımadıysa
• Teknik bir arıza nedeniyle hizmeti hiç kullanamadıysanız
• Mükerrer (çift) ödeme alındıysa
• Onayınız dışında bir ödeme alındıysa

4. İade Yapılamayan Durumlar

• Kullanılmış krediler — görsel üretimi gerçekleştiği anda o kredi tüketilmiş sayılır
• Üretilen görselin beğenilmemesi (AI üretim sonucu öznel bir tercih meselesidir; ancak hizmet hatalı çalıştıysa 3. madde geçerlidir)
• Kullanım Koşulları'nın ihlali nedeniyle kapatılan hesaplar

5. İade Nasıl Talep Edilir?

• [email protected] adresine, satın alma sırasında kullandığınız e-posta adresinden yazın
• Talebinizi 3 iş günü içinde yanıtlarız
• Onaylanan iadeler ödeme sağlayıcımız üzerinden işlenir ve kartınıza 5-10 iş günü içinde yansır
• İade, ödemeyi yaptığınız kart veya yöntemin aynısına yapılır

6. Abonelik İptali

• Web: app.novv.ai → Fiyatlandırma → Aboneliği Yönet
• iOS: Ayarlar > Apple ID > Abonelikler > Novv AI > Aboneliği İptal Et
• İptal, sonraki yenilemeyi durdurur; mevcut dönem sonuna kadar hizmetiniz devam eder

Bu politika, Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi ve Kullanım Koşulları ile birlikte geçerlidir. Yürürlükteki tüketici mevzuatının size tanıdığı haklar saklıdır; bu politika söz konusu haklara ek olarak sunulmaktadır.

1. Credit Packs

• Unused pack: Request within 14 days of purchase and you receive a full refund of the amount paid.
• Partially used pack: Request within 14 days and we refund the unused credits pro rata (pack price ÷ total credits × unused credits).
• Any remaining credit balance is removed from your account once the refund is issued.

2. Subscriptions

• First purchase: Fully refunded if requested within 14 days and you have not used that period's credits.
• Automatic renewal: Fully refunded if requested within 14 days of the renewal date and you have not used the new period's credits.
• Cancelling costs nothing; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

3. Refunds With No Time Limit

We refund the following regardless of how long ago the purchase was made:

• Credits or a subscription were not applied to your account despite a successful payment
• You were unable to use the service at all because of a technical failure
• You were charged twice for the same purchase
• A charge was made without your authorisation

4. What Is Not Refundable

• Credits already used — a credit is consumed at the moment an image is generated
• Dissatisfaction with a generated image (AI output is a matter of subjective preference; if the service malfunctioned, section 3 applies instead)
• Accounts closed for violating our Terms of Service

5. How to Request a Refund

• Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout
• We respond within 3 business days
• Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider and reach your card within 5-10 business days
• Refunds are always issued to the original payment method

6. Cancelling a Subscription

• Web: app.novv.ai → Pricing → Manage Subscription
• iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Novv AI > Cancel Subscription
• Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the current period

This policy applies together with our Distance Sales Agreement and Terms of Service. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected; this policy is offered in addition to them.
