1. Hizmet Tanımı

Novv Model AI, yapay zeka teknolojisi kullanarak ürün fotoğraflarınızı profesyonel moda fotoğraflarına dönüştüren bir uygulamadır. Uygulamamızı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

2. Hesap ve Üyelik

• Uygulamayı kullanmak için Google veya Apple hesabınızla giriş yapabilirsiniz
• Hesap bilgilerinizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz
• Hesabınızı başkalarıyla paylaşamazsınız
• 18 yaşından küçükler veli/vasi izni olmadan uygulamayı kullanamazlar

3. Abonelik ve Ödeme

• Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında Apple ID hesabınızdan tahsil edilir
• Abonelik, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir
• Yenileme ücreti, mevcut dönem sona ermeden 24 saat içinde hesabınızdan tahsil edilir
• Aboneliğinizi satın aldıktan sonra Ayarlar > Apple ID > Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz
• Ücretsiz deneme süresi varsa, kullanılmayan kısım abonelik satın alındığında geçersiz olur

4. Kullanım Kuralları

Aşağıdaki içerikler kesinlikle yasaktır:

• Yasa dışı, zararlı veya uygunsuz içerik
• Telif hakkı ihlali içeren görseller
• Başkalarının izinsiz fotoğrafları
• Yanıltıcı veya dolandırıcılık amaçlı kullanım
• Uygulamanın tersine mühendisliği veya kötüye kullanımı

5. Fikri Mülkiyet

• Üretilen görsellerin kullanım hakkı size aittir
• Novv Model AI markası, logosu ve yazılımı bize aittir
• Yüklediğiniz ürün görsellerinin haklarının size ait olduğunu beyan edersiniz

6. Sorumluluk Sınırları

• Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır
• AI üretimlerinin kalitesi garanti edilmez
• Hizmet kesintileri için sorumluluk kabul edilmez
• Üretilen görsellerin ticari kullanımından kullanıcı sorumludur

7. İade Politikası

• Abonelik iadesi Apple'ın politikalarına tabidir
• İade talepleri için Apple Destek ile iletişime geçiniz
• Kullanılmış krediler iade edilmez

8. Hesap Sonlandırma

Aşağıdaki durumlarda hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz:

• Kullanım koşullarının ihlali
• Yasadışı faaliyetler
• Ödeme sorunları

9. Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları önceden bildirimde bulunarak değiştirme hakkını saklı tutarız. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinden bildirilecektir.

10. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.

1. Service Description

Novv Model AI is an application that transforms your product photos into professional fashion photos using artificial intelligence technology. By using our application, you agree to these terms.

2. Account and Membership

• You can sign in with your Google or Apple account to use the app
• You are responsible for the security of your account information
• You cannot share your account with others
• Users under 18 cannot use the app without parental/guardian consent

3. Subscription and Payment

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal fee will be charged to your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

4. Usage Rules

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Images containing copyright infringement
• Photos of others without permission
• Misleading or fraudulent use
• Reverse engineering or misuse of the application

5. Intellectual Property

• You own the usage rights to generated images
• Novv Model AI brand, logo, and software belong to us
• You declare that you own the rights to the product images you upload

6. Limitation of Liability

• Service is provided "as is"
• Quality of AI generations is not guaranteed
• No liability is accepted for service interruptions
• User is responsible for commercial use of generated images

7. Refund Policy

• Subscription refunds are subject to Apple's policies
• Contact Apple Support for refund requests
• Used credits are non-refundable

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:

• Violation of terms of use
• Illegal activities
• Payment issues

9. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms with prior notice. Significant changes will be notified through the app.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
