Bir foto, tamamlanmış tek bir mankenli görsel demektir. Ürünü yüklersiniz, model, poz ve arka plan seçersiniz; üretilen görsel hakkınızdan bir düşer. Farklı ayarlarla yeniden üretmek yeni bir görsel sayılır ve tekrar düşer.

No. Packs are the main way to buy: you pay once, the photos are yours, and there is nothing to cancel. The Growth subscription exists only because it is cheaper per photo for sellers who add new products every week.

One photo is one finished on-model image. You upload the product, choose a model, a pose and a background, and the generated image counts as one. Regenerating with different settings produces a new image and counts again.

A pack stays valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. There is no monthly reset, so you can buy 150 photos and use them across a whole season.

At app.novv.ai → Pricing → Manage Subscription. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Yes. Photos are delivered at 2K resolution, above the minimum each of those marketplaces requires, and you can upload them directly. You own the commercial rights to the images you generate, subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.

Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payments are handled by our payment provider acting as merchant of record, which also collects any sales tax or VAT due in your country. Novv AI never stores your card details.

You get a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the photos yet, and a pro-rata refund if you have used some of them. Technical failures, payments not credited to your account and duplicate charges are refunded regardless of timing. See our Refund Policy for details.
