Novv Model AI, hizmetlerimizi sunabilmek için aşağıdaki bilgileri toplar:

• Hesap Bilgileri: Google veya Apple ile giriş yaptığınızda adınız ve e-posta adresiniz
• Yüklenen Görseller: Ürün fotoğrafları ve (opsiyonel) model görselleri
• Kullanım Verileri: Üretim sayısı, tercih edilen ayarlar
• Cihaz Bilgileri: Cihaz tipi, işletim sistemi versiyonu

Topladığımız bilgileri şu amaçlarla kullanırız:

3. Üçüncü Taraf AI Servisi ile Veri Paylaşımı

Novv AI fotoğraf üretiminde OpenAI görsel modellerini kullanır. Bazı görsel düzenleme araçları ve eski üretim yolu Google LLC yapay zeka hizmetlerini kullanabilir. Kullandığınız işleme göre aşağıdaki veriler ilgili sağlayıcıya gönderilebilir:

• Ürün Fotoğrafları: Yüklediğiniz ürün görselleri
• Model Görselleri: Özel model seçtiyseniz, model fotoğrafları
• Stil Tercihleri: Poz, arka plan, stil, kamera açısı ve renk paleti gibi metin tabanlı tercihleriniz

Bu veriler:

• İstenen fotoğraf üretimi veya görsel düzenleme işlemi için kullanılır
• Üretim geçmişi ve sonuç görselleri, uygulamadaki saklama koşullarına göre Novv AI altyapısında tutulabilir
• Sağlayıcının veri işleme koşullarına tabidir: OpenAI iş verileri ve Google Gizlilik Politikası
• Novv AI tarafından model eğitimi için kullanılmaz

iOS uygulaması, görsellerinizi üçüncü taraf AI sağlayıcısına göndermeden önce izin ister.

• Cloudflare R2: Yüklenen ve üretilen görsellerin depolanması
• Apple/Google Sign-In: Kimlik doğrulama
• Apple App Store (iade işlemleri): İade (geri ödeme) taleplerinizin adil şekilde değerlendirilebilmesi amacıyla, uygulamayı ne ölçüde kullandığınıza dair veriler (örneğin tüketilen kredi/üretim sayısı) RevenueCat aracılığıyla Apple ile paylaşılır.

Bu üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcıları, verilerinizi kendi gizlilik politikaları kapsamında işlemektedir ve verilerinize en az Novv AI ile eşdeğer düzeyde koruma sağlamaktadır.

Hizmetimiz 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bilerek 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan kişisel bilgi toplamıyoruz.

1. Information We Collect

Novv Model AI collects the following information to provide our services:

• Account Information: Your name and email address when you sign in with Google or Apple
• Uploaded Images: Product photos and (optional) model images
• Usage Data: Generation count, preferred settings
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information for:

• Providing AI-powered image generation services
• Managing your account and tracking subscription status
• Improving service quality
• Identifying and resolving technical issues

3. Third-Party AI Service Data Sharing

Novv AI uses OpenAI image models for photo generation. Some image editing tools and the legacy generation path may use Google LLC AI services. Depending on the action you choose, the following data may be sent to the relevant provider:

• Product Photos: The product images you upload
• Model Images: If you select a custom model, the model photos
• Style Preferences: Text-based preferences such as pose, background, style, camera angle, and color palette

This data:

• Is used to perform the requested photo generation or image editing
• Generated images and history may be stored on Novv AI infrastructure under the app's retention terms
• Is subject to the provider's data processing terms: OpenAI business data and the Google Privacy Policy
• Is not used by Novv AI for model training

The iOS app asks for consent before sending your images to a third-party AI provider.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission
• Secure server and database infrastructure
• Regular security audits

5. Third-Party Services

Our application uses the following third-party services:

• OpenAI: Primary photo generation. Product and model images and shoot preferences are sent to the OpenAI API.
• Google LLC AI services: Some image editing tools and the legacy generation path. Relevant images and preferences may be sent to Google. Google Privacy Policy
• RevenueCat: Subscription and purchase management
• Polar: Web payment processing
• Cloudflare R2: Storage for uploaded and generated images
• Apple/Google Sign-In: Authentication
• Apple App Store (refund processing): To fairly evaluate refund requests, data about how much you have used the app (e.g., credits/generations consumed) is shared with Apple via RevenueCat.

These third-party service providers process your data under their respective privacy policies and provide a level of protection for your data that is at least equivalent to Novv AI's standards.

6. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
