3. Üçüncü Taraf AI Servisi ile Veri Paylaşımı

Novv Model AI, yapay zeka destekli görsel üretimi için Google Gemini AI (Google LLC tarafından işletilen) servisini kullanmaktadır. Görsel oluşturma talebinde bulunduğunuzda aşağıdaki verileriniz Google Gemini AI sunucularına gönderilir:

• Ürün Fotoğrafları: Yüklediğiniz ürün görselleri
• Model Görselleri: Özel model seçtiyseniz, model fotoğrafları
• Stil Tercihleri: Poz, arka plan, stil, kamera açısı ve renk paleti gibi metin tabanlı tercihleriniz

Bu veriler:

• Yalnızca AI görsel üretimi amacıyla Google Gemini AI'a gönderilir
• Görsel üretimi tamamlandıktan sonra Novv AI sunucularında saklanmaz
• Google tarafından Google Gizlilik Politikası kapsamında işlenir
• Novv AI tarafından model eğitimi için kullanılmaz

Uygulama, verilerinizi Google Gemini AI'a göndermeden önce açık izninizi almaktadır. Bu izni istediğiniz zaman uygulamayı silerek ve yeniden yükleyerek sıfırlayabilirsiniz.

• Apple App Store (iade işlemleri): İade (geri ödeme) taleplerinizin adil şekilde değerlendirilebilmesi amacıyla, uygulamayı ne ölçüde kullandığınıza dair veriler (örneğin tüketilen kredi/üretim sayısı) RevenueCat aracılığıyla Apple ile paylaşılır.

Bu üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcıları, verilerinizi kendi gizlilik politikaları kapsamında işlemektedir ve verilerinize en az Novv AI ile eşdeğer düzeyde koruma sağlamaktadır.

Hizmetimiz 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bilerek 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan kişisel bilgi toplamıyoruz.

Novv Model AI collects the following information to provide our services:

• Account Information: Your name and email address when you sign in with Google or Apple
• Uploaded Images: Product photos and (optional) model images
• Usage Data: Generation count, preferred settings
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information for:

• Providing AI-powered image generation services
• Managing your account and tracking subscription status
• Improving service quality
• Identifying and resolving technical issues

3. Third-Party AI Service Data Sharing

Novv Model AI uses Google Gemini AI (operated by Google LLC) for AI-powered image generation. When you request image generation, the following data is sent to Google Gemini AI servers:

• Product Photos: The product images you upload
• Model Images: If you select a custom model, the model photos
• Style Preferences: Text-based preferences such as pose, background, style, camera angle, and color palette

This data:

• Is sent to Google Gemini AI solely for the purpose of AI image generation
• Is not stored on Novv AI servers after image generation is complete
• Is processed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy
• Is not used by Novv AI for model training

The app requests your explicit consent before sending your data to Google Gemini AI. You can reset this consent at any time by deleting and reinstalling the app.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission
• Secure server infrastructure (Supabase, Railway)
• Regular security audits

5. Third-Party Services

Our application uses the following third-party services:

• Google Gemini AI (Google LLC): AI-powered image generation. Product photos, model images, and style preferences are sent to Google servers. Google Privacy Policy
• Supabase: Authentication and database
• RevenueCat: Subscription and purchase management
• Apple/Google Sign-In: Authentication
• Apple App Store (refund processing): To fairly evaluate refund requests, data about how much you have used the app (e.g., credits/generations consumed) is shared with Apple via RevenueCat.

These third-party service providers process your data under their respective privacy policies and provide a level of protection for your data that is at least equivalent to Novv AI's standards.

6. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
